Environmental Services
If you’ve got an acronym – NEPA, OSHA/SARA, SWPPP, ESA, UST – we’ve got an understanding. Our Environmental Division is staffed with Engineers, Geologists, and Scientists expert in assessment, compliance, documentation, management, remediation and best practices in accordance with local, state, and Federal regulations. We are capable of completing tasks and developing studies required by individual State voluntary programs that require Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Phase II ESAs, and remedial plans to be developed. Our remediation team is equipped to support and operate vapor intrusion, groundwater, and soil gas treatment projects. Our team also supports due diligence projects such as compliance audits, SPCC programs, and industrial hygiene evaluations.
We also provide OSHA/SARA compliance, UST management, and hazardous waste services to a variety of public and private clients. Experienced in the preparation of construction stormwater pollution prevention plans (SWPPPs), our erosion control specialists and engineers design erosion control measures suitable to specifics of each project and in accordance with applicable state best management practices. Fisher Arnold’s erosion control specialists can also assist with SWPPP permit inspections and documentation.
